II. Cách dùng
1. Mang nghĩa"khối nhà, toà (căn hộ, office...)
=a large, usually tall building divided into separate parts for use as offices or homes by several different organizations or people

- a block of flats = A block of flats or offices is a large building containing them.
- an apartment/office/high-rise block

- The main block of the hotel dates back to 1650.
- The prison’s administration block overlooks the exercise yard.
- There’s a flat available in the block where I live.
- The whole block of flats was destroyed.
2. Mang nghĩa"dãy phố"
=an area of buildings in a town or city with streets on all four sides/the distance along a city street from where one road crosses it to the next road

3. Mang nghĩa"khối, tảng (đá, gỗ...)"
=a solid piece of wood, stone, ice etc with straight sides(A block of a substance is a large rectangular piece of it)/an amount of something, or a number of individual things that are considered together as a single object

=a continuous period of time

=something that stops you from doing something or being successful

=A block of something such as tickets or shares is a large quantity of them, especially when they are all sold at the same time and are in a particular sequence or order.

6. Mang nghĩa"trở ngại tinh thần(một kiểu tâm lý khiến người đó gặp rào cản, khó khăn hay không có khả năng làm việc gì đó)"
=If you have a mental block or a block, you are temporarily unable to do something that you can normally do which involves using, thinking about, or remembering something.

=an official decision to stop something happening or continuing:
