2.1. Mang nghĩa"sự khẩn cấp; tình trạng khẩn cấp, cấp cứu (có yếu tố nguy hiểm)"
=an unexpected situation involving danger in which immediate action is necessary/An emergency is an unexpected and difficult or dangerous situation, especially an accident, which happens suddenly and which requires quick action to deal with it.

2.2. Mang nghĩa"hành động gấp, cấp bách (có yếu tố tiêu cực)"
=an unexpected situation in which immediate action is necessary to prevent a bad situation from becoming worse/An emergency action is one that is done or arranged quickly and not in the normal way, because an emergency has occurred.

=Emergency equipment or supplies are those intended for use in an emergency.
