II. Cách dùng
1. Mang nghĩa"âm thanh"
=A sound is something that you hear.

- Với nghĩa này, sound là danh từ đếm được

- Peter heard the sound of gunfire.
- Liza was so frightened she couldn't make a sound.
- There was a splintering sound as the railing gave way.
- ...the sounds of children playing.
2. Mang nghĩa"âm thanh, tiếng động, tiếng (thứ có thể nghe thấy được) từ tv, phát thanh..."
=The sound on a television, radio, or CD player is what you hear coming from the machine.
