II. Cách dùng
1. Mang nghĩa " quan điểm về vấn đề gì"
=a personal opinion, belief, or attitude about a particular situation or subject

- Nếu dùng với nghĩa này, view là danh từ đếm được
- view on
- view about
- view that
- in someone’s view
- take the view that

- Jill and I have somewhat different views on the election.
- asking him his views about global warming
- It’s our view that women should get paid the same as men.
- How important was it, in your view, that the two leaders had a good personal relationship?
- I take the view that education should be available to all.
- People have different views on whether or not a program meets that test.
- As for the heavily subsidised nuclear sector, readers will have different views on whether nuclear energy is environmentally harmful or beneficial.
- To have /hold /express /air strong political views (IELTS TUTOR giải thích: có/giữ/bày tỏ/bộc lộ những quan điểm chính trị mạnh mẽ)

Nếu mang nghĩa "góc nhìn, cái nhìn về cái gì đó" thì view ở số ít
=a particular way of thinking about something

- The film offers a rather bleak view of contemporary youth.
2. Mang nghĩa "sự nhìn; tầm nhìn, tầm mắt, thấy cái gì đó / cảnh tượng nào đó"
=the ability to see something from a particular place view of:
- Nếu dùng với nghĩa này, view vừa là danh từ đếm được vừa không đếm được
IELTS TUTOR lưu ý cấu trúc thường dùng:
- block someone’s view
- in view (=close enough to be seen)
- in full view (=easily seen by many people)
- come into view (=become able to be seen)

- We had a spectacular view of the mountains from our room.
- The new houses are going to block our view.
- We kept the other car in view for a while, but then lost sight of it.
- The showers were in full view of (=easily seen by) everyone in the pool.
- The castle came into view (=became able to be seen) as we turned the corner.
Mang nghĩa "quang cảnh"
=the area or place that can be seen

3. Mang nghĩa "tranh vẽ"
=a picture or photograph of a place, especially an attractive place
