1. Mang nghĩa "điều khiển, khai thác, sử dụng"
=to get control of something in order to use it for a particular purpose

- We aim to do better at harnessing the skills and talents of our workforce.
- Can we harness the power of the wind? (IELTS TUTOR giải thích: Chúng ta có thể khai thác và sử dụng sức gió không?)
- Harness the skills of the workforce to achieve economic growth. (IELTS TUTOR giải thích: Điều khiển khả năng của lực lượng lao động để đạt được sự tăng trưởng kinh tế)
- There is a great deal of interest in harnessing wind and waves as new sources of power.
2. Mang nghĩa "đóng yên cương (ngựa)"
=to put a harness on a horse, or to connect a horse to a vehicle using a harness
