  • Overall:
    • Postgraduate students express higher contentment with the library's book collection compared to their undergraduate counterparts. 
    • Conversely, undergraduates show greater satisfaction with the library's non-printed materials.

    • Concerning the book range, 55% of postgraduates deemed it excellent, with a third finding it decent.     • In terms of non-printed materials, nearly half of postgraduates found them satisfactory, while approximately one in four expressed either dissatisfaction or extreme satisfaction. 
    • Conversely, the majority of undergraduates (52%) rated these materials as excellent. About a quarter of undergraduate students considered the non-print resources either poor or just good enough.
