1. CÁCH DÙNG CUSTOMERS TRONG TIẾNG ANH

Người mua hàng hóa, dịch vụ từ một đơn vị kinh doanh sản xuất có sẵn. "Customer" mua hàng hóa, dịch vụ tại: retail stores (cửa hàng bán lẻ), restaurants (nhà hàng), service stations (trạm dịch vụ sửa xe), supermarkets (siêu thị), banks (ngân hàng)
Ví dụ:
- Would you mind waiting? I'm dealing with another customer at the moment.
- The chairman of the bank believes in the personal touch and always sends a signed letter to each customer.
- The shop is giving away a sample pack to every customer.
- Shops are being forced to put their prices down in order to attract customers.
- Mrs Wilson is one of our regular customers.
2. CÁCH DÙNG CLIENTS TRONG TIẾNG ANH
a customer or someone who receives services
Người mua dịch vụ tư vấn, giải pháp, lời khuyên từ chuyên gia cho từng trường hợp cụ thể của mỗi khách hàng
"Client" mua dịch vụ tại: law offices (văn phòng luật), graphic design firms (công ty thiết kế đồ họa), talent agencies (công ty môi giới nhân lực), accounting firms (công ty kế toán), health care providers (nhà cung cấp dịch vụ chăm sóc sức khỏe)
