I. PHÂN TÍCH NGỮ PHÁP CỦA SUCH
NOUN as such-in the true or exact meaning of the word or phrase (nguyên nghĩa, không có như vậy)

- There wasn't much vegetarian food as such, although there were several different types of cheese (không có nhiều đồ ăn chay như vậy)
- We don't have a secretary as such, but we do have a student who comes in to do some filing (không có cô thư kí như vậy)
ADJECTIVE used before a noun or noun phrase to add emphasis (thật tuyệt)

- It seems like such a long way to drive.
- It was such a pity they missed the show.

Có thể bỏ từ "that":

Such...that... (đảo ngữ)
CÔNG THỨC:
S + V + such + a/an + adj/adv + Nđếm được số ít + that + S + V…
➔ Such V/Tobe + a/an + adj/adv + Nđếm được số ít + that + S + V…

Such a long time ( = so long )
Nghĩa: thời gian dài

Nghĩa: nhiều

Nghĩa: ví dụ, như là

Nghĩa 1: cho nên, vì vậy

III. CÁC NGHĨA KHÁC
1. Such làm cho ý nghĩa của tính từ (hay trạng từ) mạnh hơn

2. Such với nghĩa Like this (như thế, như vậy)

***Trong câu có Many/ Much/ Few/ Little không dùng Such.
IV. IDIOMS CÓ TỪ SUCH
Such and such
used to refer to something that you do not want to name or say exactly - nói mấp mé

such as it is
used to suggest that something you have referred to is of low quality or not enough - như nó là, dùng để xin lỗi về chất lượng kém của cái gì

- You're welcome to borrow my tennis racket, such as it is.
- Breakfast, such as it was, consisted of a plain roll and a cup of coffee.
such is life
used to refer to an event that has happened and that you must accept, because you know that this is the way life is - đời là thế

- So here I am, without a girlfriend again. Oh well, such is life.
suchlike
things of that type - giống vậy, vân vân
